small allen keys 13, 15 deep sockets thats about it, they take about 1/2 liter of oil look up exact amount on the marzochi site. wheeles sell the oil about £6. just take the tops off poor out the oil. undo the bottems silde out the stancions and dampers, pump them as you clean them. then put them back together with fresh oil job done takes about 1 hour and the most peace of piss

yea edds are like that, feel like their full of sand. they just slowlly get like that. so nice when you redo them i do my about once a month just the oil chance

yea edds given up with his clips as well. foot out flat out! . just rebuilt the kona new pads, bearings, bars, pedals, servived the forks and had the rear shock rebult by this guy called loco tuning. riding lovely
